Each room provides a safe and nurturing environment which is comfortable as well as exciting. Communication is vital between teachers and parents. Each child is wholly unique and though there are some predictable sequences of developmental milestones, the "how" and "when" is individual. The mental, physical, social and emotional needs are all of equal importance. We intend to offer high quality care that not only meets but exceeds all expectations.
Infants are an important part of Shady Oaks Learning Center. Each infant has their own individual schedule that we follow. Your infant should be left with the caregiver and any special information for that day should be written/verbally given to the caregiver at that time. Moms may nurse their infants in private in the nursery side of the infant room. All infants are to be placed on their backs when placing them in the crib. We must have on file the safe sleep form, infant care schedule, baby wellness form, current shot record along with the enrollment papers required by the state
